- To change the password of a staff member or client, click on the profile of interest.
- Click on “Change” in the password field, and create a new password that your user will remember.
- Reenter the same password in the “Confirmation” box.
- Click “Save”
- When the therapist or client login for the first time with the new password, the software will prompt them to enter a new password.
- Now the therapist or client can set their own password for their account.
