How to Change a Password

Has your client/staff member forgotten their password?

You can easily change passwords in just a few steps.

 

  1. To change the password of a staff member or client, click on the profile of interest.
  2. Click on “Change” in the password field, and create a new password that your user will remember.
  3. Reenter the same password in the “Confirmation” box.
  4. Click “Save”
  5. When the therapist or client login for the first time with the new password, the software will prompt them to enter a new password.
  6. Now the therapist or client can set their own password for their account.

  Remember both login and passwords are case-sensitive.
