Executive functioning is the complex set of cognitive processes we use to make decisions, plan, make comparisons, and organize information. The frontal lobes are the hotspots of executive functioning, with the DLPFC being highly involved in cognitive flexibility. Executive functioning is also important for language, social skills, and computational abilities.
In this worksheet, we’re providing you with 4 exercises to use with your clients to practice strategies related to executive functioning.
